How it works
From two parallel ventures to one conversation.
Three steps to find the founder building what you're building, and only reveal yourself if you both want to talk.
- 1
Build your venture profile
Tell us what you're building, who it's for, and how far you've got: stage, traction, and investment so far, shared as ranges. Tell us how open you are to combining, from collaborating to forming one company. Your profile saves as you go and is never public.
- 2
Meet a similar venture at your stage
The JoinForces team reviews profiles by hand, looking for ventures in the same industry, solving the same or a closely related problem, for the same customers, at a similar stage. You receive an anonymized match with a short explanation of what you have in common and what combining could create. You respond Interested, Not sure, or Pass, and the other founder never sees your answer.
- 3
If you both say yes, we introduce you
When both founders say Interested, names, ventures, and contact details are revealed to each of you, and we send a personal introduction so you can explore combining. If either founder passes, the match closes quietly.
After the introduction
What happens after you're introduced
You get access to a Combination Exploration workspace. Each founder fills in their own contribution profile: capital and time invested, product and IP, customers, distribution, expertise, future commitment, and the role you'd prefer.
Once both are submitted, you see them side by side. It's a structured starting point for an honest conversation about how your two ventures could become one stronger one.
JoinForces does not calculate equity or provide legal advice. Use the workspace to structure the conversation and bring it to your advisors.
